The Kentucky Mule is a wonderful drink. My only problem with it, is that I typically have four or five or six or seven and it all just becomes too much. The sugary ginger beer is heavy on the palette, too domineering, and felt too sharply in the head the next morning. Our version re-engineers the beloved Kentucky Mule; smoothing the edges, accentuating the nuances, and saving the headache. You'd be a "Fool" not to have one...
