The Japanese have a drink called the Midori Cream Soda. It sounds fun for a daytime drink! Midori, soda, syrup and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Why not, right? I'm gonna be honest with you, as much as I love you, there aint no way I'm scooping ice cream in the middle of a rush like we Baskin Robbins. That being said, I do love the idea of doing an alcoholic root beer float. So, here it is, an alcoholic inverted root beer float! This cocktail has enough alcohol to make you think you're a kid at an ice cream shop, but low enough alcohol to still act like an adult all day.
